30 Days Replacement
In case you receive a damaged product or a one that does not match the description provided on our site, the same can be returned to us and we will replace it at no cost.
The 30days replacement guarantee is applicable and valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages. This guarantee is not applicable nor valid, in cases where the damages are due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
The replacement can be availed only if the product is unused and in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included in the product when delivered. We do not accept returning of products without original packaging or without inclusion of all items originally delivered along with the product. Customers should notify any damage or defect within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the products. Priya Computers reserves the right to accept or reject such request.
